Temperature of the transformer is measured by a digital sensor (Auto Zero) and an industrial sensor through a microcontroller (Sonde) and then is transferred to the main board of the thermometer. Then, the data is processed by the microcontroller in the main device and then by reading transformer bushing winding current, temperature of the winding is calculated and the device indicates the temperatures (temperature of both oil and winding) both on the LCD monitor and on a Segment 7 monitor. The device can be programmed to execute commands of running fan, oil pump, alarm, and trip, based on standards of any country and region.
